Postdoctoral Fellowships
The postdoctoral program provides an opportunity for recent-Ph.D. scientists to continue to pursue their research interests in atmospheric and related science. The program also invites postdoctorates from a variety of disciplines to apply their training to research in the atmospheric sciences.

Graduate Visitor Program
The Advanced Study Program's (ASP) Graduate Student Visitor Program is designed to provide NCAR staff opportunities to bring graduate students to NCAR for 3 to 12-month collaborative visits with the endorsement of their thesis advisors and in pursuit of their thesis research. These visits have the goal of enhancing NCAR partnerships with other public and private institutions.

Faculty Fellowship Program
The Faculty Fellowship Program provides opportunities and resources for faculty employed at universities to work in residence at NCAR, and enables NCAR Scientists to spend a period of time in residence at US universities.

Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) Postdoctoral Fellowships
The IAI Postdoctoral Fellowships are very similar to the ASP Postdoctoral Fellowships with the following exception. Eligibility is limited to natives of IAI member countries who are within 5 years of receiving a doctoral degree from an institution in an IAI member country.
