Post doctoral position in numerical simulations of convectively coupled equatorial waves
This position is subject to budgetary approval.
Salary: CA$40K to CA$45K depending on experience and qualifications.
Successful candidate must hold a PhD in applied mathematics, physics, or atmosphere/ocean sciences with experience in high performance computing (parallel), geophysical fluid dynamics, and scientific computing in general.
Starting date: September 2008 or soon later.
Position is for one year and renewable for a second year.
